So it begins with this, my first official blog posting. I am, uncharacteristically, at a loss for words, but I shall make an attempt at a most austere beginning. I have started this blog because I am compelled to try new things. In fact, if pressed for an exposition on the whom, what, and why I am, I would confess that I am all about change. Change is both my motivation and my pathology. I am fuelled by new ideas and fresh starts, and terrified by change in my own life. I am a paradox of an individual who strives to change to world, but struggles to change himself. I am fascinated by new beginnings and subsequent endings, but fail to end the things I begin. I relish helping others change the way they think, and yet refuse to think about changing my socks. So now I am hoping that this latest change in my life, my new blog, is a good beginning, because here this beginning ends.
